David M Dollinger, Esq. is the founder and sole partner of Dollinger Associates, P.C., a Rochester, New York law firm specializing in providing services and consultation to the real estate and lending industries. Founded in 1993 Dollinger Associates, P.C. has four attorneys and seven paralegals delivering closing services to real estate agents and lenders throughout Western New York.

Mr. Dollinger is a 1985 graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law.

Mr. Dollinger has lectured throughout western New York on various subjects affecting the practice of real Estate Law. He has advised his clients on procedures and methods of Compliance with both New York State and Federal banking regulations, particularly most recently, the implications and implementation of Dodd-Frank and promulgated regulations; Ability to Repay and TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule.

Peter Dollinger joined Dollinger Associates, P.C. in the summer of 2017. Pete graduated from The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. in 2017 where he was Chancellor of the Securities Law Moot Court team. During law school, Pete interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division and obtained a certificate in Securities Law.
Pete earned a BA in Government from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business Professional MBA program.
Pete is a lifelong resident of the Rochester area—graduating from Brighton High School and currently residing in the city of Rochester.

Alexandra Quenville, Esq.

Alexandra attended college at SUNY Geneseo and graduated with a B.A. in Economics. Upon graduation, she attended law school at SUNY Buffalo and graduated cum laude in 2017. Alexandra spent her last year of law school as a student clinician at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, providing legal assistance to low income patients and also served as the Managing Editor of the Environmental Law Journal.

Alexandra focuses her practice on purchase and sale transactions, as well as commercial purchase and sales.

Alexandra is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. She and her husband, along with their two dogs, reside in Fairport and enjoy spending time with family and friends.
