David M Dollinger, Esq. is the founder and sole partner of Dollinger Associates, P.C., a Rochester, New York law firm specializing in providing services and consultation to the real estate and lending industries. Founded in 1993 Dollinger Associates, P.C. has four attorneys and seven paralegals delivering closing services to real estate agents and lenders throughout Western New York.

Mr. Dollinger is a 1985 graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law.

Mr. Dollinger has lectured throughout western New York on various subjects affecting the practice of real Estate Law. He has advised his clients on procedures and methods of Compliance with both New York State and Federal banking regulations, particularly most recently, the implications and implementation of Dodd-Frank and promulgated regulations; Ability to Repay and TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule.

Peter Dollinger joined Dollinger Associates, P.C. in the summer of 2017. Pete graduated from The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. in 2017 where he was Chancellor of the Securities Law Moot Court team. During law school, Pete interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division and obtained a certificate in Securities Law.
Pete earned a BA in Government from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business Professional MBA program.
Pete is a lifelong resident of the Rochester area—graduating from Brighton High School and currently residing in the city of Rochester.

Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo and went on to receive her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 2017.

While in law school, Alexandra served as a student clinician at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, where she provided legal assistance to low-income patients. She also served as Managing Editor of the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal, an experience that strengthened her attention to detail and critical eye.

Today, Alexandra focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions. She takes pride in guiding clients through each step of the buying and selling process, offering clear communication and a supportive approach to help make every transaction as smooth as possible.

Alexandra is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. She lives in Pittsford with her husband, two children and dogs, and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
